I went with a voucher that had cost my friend £98 as a gift to me. neither of us realised that it had an expiry date on it made the appointment a couple of months ago. Turned up Friday to use the voucher all nice to me then the lady looked at the voucher and shouted in front of other clients that it was out of date and I could not redeem it, how humiliating this was to be shouted at in front of staff and customers, she continued saying she was losing money ect well no you was payed £98 for a service you refused to give so how have you lost money very nasty rude person

Chrissy has been doing my hair weekly for the past 2 years, always styled to perfection, she also does my children, so kind with my boy whos petrified of having his hair done. Wouldn't go anywhere else now xx
