All staff were very polite, informative and helpful (especially the cashier/ receptionist, and one of the staff, sorry didn't get his name). It was a pleasant experience.

Been to Bankhall site today and dealt with the non ferrous staff. Absolutely great people especially Andy and Joanne and the young apprentice Jack.. they were all really helpful and explained everything I need to know. Nothing was too much bother for them
