Church of Saint Helen, Sefton

Visited on the heritage open day. Fascinated by the history surrounding the church and burial ground.

This 850 year old church is beautiful. Well worth a visit ti view the amazing wood carvings inside with the bonus of a pub next door.

This has to be the best church I have visited. Been here three times now, just to look around. The staff are fantastic and very welcoming, they make a great brew too.
