I live in spain and use this company to look after my airbnb in liverpool. since i am working with them i hav never had a single complaint about cleaning. flat is spotless and always cleaned on time. i fully recommend simona and her team.
Simona has always kept good communications sending before and after photos of each clean every two weeks at two properties. not living in liverpool myself, this was really helpful and reassuring that the work had been done and to a good standard. our tenants always gave positive feedback on the cleans too when asked.
