Absolutely wonderful cleaning lady - she is incredible at what she does. she always goes the extra mile - and does all kinds of lovely things we didn't even ask for - arranging our flowers, tidying cupboards up. and a lovely, friendly and warm person too. plus great service from the overall company too.
