Absolutely wonderful cleaning lady - she is incredible at what she does. She always goes the extra mile - and does all kinds of lovely things we didn't even ask for - arranging our flowers, tidying cupboards up. And a lovely, friendly and warm person too. Plus great service from the overall company too.
