Evie is the most amazing enneagram coach. She facilitates and guides you through as you explore more of how you’re wired and why. I’m only 3 sessions in and already finding it pretty transformational in the way I view myself and approach life.

Visited Life + Lemons for acupuncture to address my tennis elbow pain. Lifei was friendly and reassuring as it was my first time having acupuncture. She was happy to answer all my questions and tailor the treatment to my needs. Saw improvement in my injury after the 1st session. Will definitely return in the future.

From my very first visit I felt comfortable, safe and welcomed at Life & Lemons. Kimberley takes time to assess how I am at every appointment and adjusts the acupuncture accordingly. Full explanation is always given. She also 'listens' which is very important. I feel at ease, and that my whole self is being treated/cared for, not just the condition I first attended for. This has meant that I have been offered more than just acupuncture, but advice that has helped me improve my health and feel well again. I wholeheartedly recommend Life & Lemons.

A profoundly relaxing experience. Kim is very thorough in her initial consultation and picked specific trigger points that must have needed attention as they were tender to the touch but soon after felt much softer and soothed. She also follows up with key information in subsequent emails so you feel empowered in your journey forward to better health.
