Sheffield Community Acupuncture

This is my second visit 1/3 planned. The treatment is very relaxing and soothing and has helped my ailments due to menopause and covid leaving me feeling depleted .I can't recommend this service enough. Sarah listens and is very informative of what she will do to aid the symptoms

I've been visiting Sheffield Community Acupuncture for the last 6 months, mainly for pain in my upper back. Each session relieves the pain and discomfort, helping me to feel more balanced and with greater vitality. I'm definitely less stressed when I have regular sessions which is fantastic. I've always had sessions with Sarah, who is a friendly, dedicated and knowledgeable acupuncturist, using both gua sha and acupuncture to help relieve the pain and bring about ease. The sessions are affordable for regular visits which has made this a sustainable option for me as acupuncture can be expensive otherwise. Unfortunately I'm moving too far away to keep coming for sessions, which is a shame as I've really appreciated what Sarah and Chris have created at Sheffield Community Acupuncture. Thank you!

I went to see if they could help me with frozen shoulder pain and after 2 sessions I’ve noticed a marked improvement in my pain…no more Pain killers to sleep. I’m so glad I gave it a go. They are really conscientious of people who may be nervous of the treatment.

My 1st App today. Suffering with severe Anxiety/Panic, Depressed. In a reply dark place for months. Tonight I am so calm and peaceful, feel so different than when I arrived for my app. Thank you so much. Sarah is so friendly and very attentive. She really listens and the service never feels rushed. The staff know their stuff and really personalise the treatments with health check ins every appointment to monitor progress Thank you 😊
