Easy to book online. Staff were really helpful when I had to phone and change a booking. Stylish interior, in line with the equally smart and stylish staff, who are both professional and friendly. Highly skilled, got a great cut. So glad I found this place, will be sticking with these talented people in future.

Three stars because it seems that time management could be improved. Had an appointment from 11:00 - 11:30 for a normal haircut, and upon arrival was told that "we're a little behind schedule", which is understandable. I ended up sitting down for the haircut at 11:30 though, so a little behind was quite the understatement. The haircut itself was good, but wouldn't go as far as to say it was great. Overall experience: alright I guess, don't think I'll be going back though. Kudos to Louis for his attention to detail though. Even though the result wasn't exactly what I expected, he seemed to pay attention to detail and apologised for the wait.
