Average. The positives are that the decor is lovely and the choice of products were nice. What takes the shine off are the not very warm or welcoming staff, my therapist didn't introduce herself and the girl the took my payment didn't do anything to keep my business after being disappointed about the offer. The taster facial was nice, however my neck and chest wasn't touched. When the therapist began the facial no gentle intro was used and the hot pads straight onto my eyes was a bit harsh. There is such a noise coming from upstairs it's hard to relax. The eyebrow waxing was ok, as in her technique but the result was not fab, I had to ask for the shape to be put in on the top. The therapist did try to explain that they were difficult to get out but I know I will be able to get them out, which isn't the point really. Lastly the offer 'ABC' isn't the same as it is on the website which is disappointing. So I just paid for what I had and probably won't go back. I may be a tough customer having been a therapist for years but the experience didn't wow me.

I recently went for a massage at The Works. The 3 staff members I interacted with were all extremely friendly and very professional, going out of their way to help me. I was placed in the downstairs room which was a little susceptible to the sound of creaky floorboards upstairs but was so warm and nicely decorated that I didn't mind. The massage was great, and didn't feel rushed. For the price and the convenience I thought they provided a great service.

2nd time coming here, very professional & friendly staff, really efficient & felt very comfortable on both occasions. Student discount is very generous, great value for money even without. very much recommend this business

Best Spray Tan service I've had in Sheffield! Booked me in with ease, polite and professional. Lasted ages and faded well. Felt comfortable and well looked after, properly informed and had a nice chat with the lady doing my tan. Will definitely be returning and can't wait to try their other services. Highly recommend!
