If i could give more than 5 stars i would! both tony and jesse i can't thank enough. i'd put up with an uncomfortable saddle on my gravel bike for years. they spent time with me tweaking the bike, and let me try a number of saddles. who knew a saddle could be comfortable! i've been to countless bike shops in the past, and this was by far the best service i've had. thank you so much from one very happy customer!

Visited on 01/06/23. needed some advice on fitting pedals on my new revolt advanced bike. tony was extremely helpful - fitted the pedals and also adjusted the handlebars all free of charge. very friendly and helpful service.

Great service as usual from giant sheffield, it's the second bike i have purchased from them and i found the same friendly attentive service as i recieved last time. tony and the team kept me up to date with my order and always helped with any questions i had. ten out of ten customer service.

I visited the giant store in search of a new saddle recently. jesse and the team at the store were amazing. i was offered a cup of tea whilst jesse ran me through the saddle options and helped adjust my bike set up for more endurance based rides. what really stood out was the genuine respect and consideration i received throughout my visit. as a reasonably young woman in the cycling community, i often encounter patronising attitudes, but this was refreshingly absent at giant. everyone was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable, treating me as an equal enthusiast. i'm loving the new saddle so far and the improved set up is really working for me. i definitely recommend this store.

The staff here are always very professional and friendly. i had an issue with my bike recently (of my own doing). andy and the team said they could have a look and resolved it the same day.
