They might aswell put a sign up stating we only serve certain types of people. I walked in and there was a older man WHO CLEARLY SAW ME walk in so I stood across from him waiting for him to finish what he was doing. I was under the impression he was preoccupied so i remained quiet but after a while I realised I was not being acknowledged so I looked around the small space and once again patiently waited. A mature lady appeared from the corner and also saw me and I was once again ignored! Absolutely disgusted because not only did I travel from far but this place was recommended to me by someone. They need to put a sign up stating "We do NOT SERVE....so take your money elsewhere"

Great service and great price. James was really helpful and gave useful advice for my odd shaped window. Installed very smoothly and now blinds look very stylish - just right! Best blind company ever dealt with. It's a fast service staff are very pleasant and dedicated to the job they are doing.Very reasonable price good quality. They respect your belongings etc.its the only company I know that cleans up after themselves. I will be using these again. Elaine & David Randall.

Charisma fitted blinds in our conservatory and in our hallway and landing. Lovely experience from measuring to fitting. Steve had loads of samples to choose from too. On the day of fitting Steve and Kate arrived on time. They fitted the blinds efficiently and with consideration of the surrounding area. We absolutely love the end result. The blinds are of excellent quality and bring such a lovely splash of colour. We would thoroughly recommend Charisma Blinds.
