Once again nikki knocks it out the park and then some!! we’ve used nikki for a number of cakes over the years but this one exceeded all expectations. my husband only said frozen to her and when he picked up this beautiful creation i couldn’t believe it! absolutely everyone has commented on it, the play centre said it’s the best cake they have ever seen and they have seen hundreds and some parents have cake envy!! best of all it tastes amazing! victoria sponge heaven!! thank you so much to nikki and her team for making my daughters birthday!!
