Lisa made our wedding cake in June and not only was it stunning to look at, it tasted delicious. She was so helpful throughout the whole process, taking our colour scheme and providing different design options. If you are looking for a cake maker, I 100% recommend Lisa.

Not only did our wedding cake from Urban Cakehouse look stunning, it tasted amazing! Lisa made us a delicious vegan chocolate Guinness cake, decorated with beautifully hand-crafted sugar succulents. The structure held extremely well and the cake still tasted fresh a few days after the wedding, meaning we could distribute extra slices to those who couldn’t be with us on the day, and we were able to enjoy the leftovers on our honeymoon too! Not only does Lisa make fantastic cakes, she is also a pleasure to work with in the lead-up to the wedding while discussing ideas for flavour and design. – Sarah and Ben (two very happy customers, married in August 2020)

All our 50th birthday babies had one thing in common- all hailed from Sheffield. The cake was perfect- and very tasty too!! It was a great talking point for everyone. Thank you so much Lisa.

It took us a long time to find a cake maker for our wedding as we didn't feel anybody understood our vision, however when we came across Lisa's website we knew that she was the perfect cake maker for us. We contacted her to arrange a time to Zoom and she promptly came back with lots of different dates/times. During the video call it felt like we were talking to somebody we had known for years - Lisa is so easy to talk to and has so many amazing suggestions. All of her designs were absolutely incredible and it was so hard to choose just one. On the day, we asked her to style the table to complete the whole look. It also meant one less thing to think about on the day which was a huge relief! My husband and I went to look at the room before our guests and we were completely speechless. It was beyond anything we had ever dreamt off and the table styling was so beautiful. Our guests were complementing the cake throughout the whole day and taking pictures to share with others, watching their reactions made us both so happy. We had the most incredible day and Lisa was a huge part of that. I would recommend her to absolutely everybody - she is so talented and a fabulous person too. Thank you Lisa! Oh wow - our cake made by Lisa at Urban Cakehouse was absolutely stunning. Lisa created a cake that was exactly as I had envisaged and more. It was unique, matched perfectly to our colour scheme and tasted divine. Our guests loved it too. Lisa did the cake for my daughters wedding which was also a unique masterpiece.
