Excellent service, professional, reliable and friendly! allan, kevin and the team did a fabulous job on the carpets and sofas at my parent’s house, a few months ago. they communicated well, provided advice and were honest with their assessment that due to the age and wear and tear, that they may not be able to remove some of the marks but would do their best. we were really happy with the results, the carpets looked brighter and sofas fresher and any marks were visibly reduced. we will definitely use them again. thank you allan, kevin and the team.

Very prompt and professional service right from my telephone enquiry. our quotation visit was conducted on time and information was provided clearly and quickly, once confirmed i was immediately booked in. the carpet cleaning appointment was done very efficiently, our cleaner asked if he could come a little earlier which we were able to accommodate. he was professional and courteous and gave clear advice on maintaining our carpet once clean. he was tidy, efficient and friendly - all what you would expect. very happy with the service and would happily recommend clean and dry to our friends and family and anyone curious about their service.
