Excellent and personal service. i went in with mild back pain / a twinge that had gone after two sessions. gerard was very clear about explaining the process, possible causes and how the ongoing treatment and supplementary exercises would help to strengthen my back over time. on top of this professional service i am always impressed by the warm atmosphere - the receptionists know who i am and offer me a drink on arrival, gerard is always friendly and makes great conversation (remembering what we talked about last appointment) which means that i always feel at ease whilst he is bending and prodding my joints. very happy with the whole experience.

I was a bit unsure at first but after a few weeks of treatment and advice, am fully convinced that it worked for me. sophie took the time to understand why my back was aching, therefore it felt that i had a bespoke treatment. she also made clear that treatment alone would not solve the issue and that i needed to make changes with how i sit at my desk. she recommended practical and implementable advice, which worked in my case as i haven't had a problem in weeks now :)
