Richard extracted the broken stub of a phono plug from my macbook in no time flat and didn't even charge me! highly recommended.
Richard offers a quick and efficient service for great value. i came to get my laptop fixed and knowing that i needed it for university, richard went out of his way to get it fixed within 2 days. would definitely recommend the service.
Fantastic service. richard was super helpful and very straightforward with the repair process and pricing. a couple of other laptop repair places we approached in the area never got back to us or weren't very helpful, but richard stepped up and was a life saver. if we have any more laptop issues in the future we're going straight to him :)
