Chris Wong recently represented my son. The service we received was brilliant, he built up a great rapport with my son and kept me up to date with any progress, I always felt reassured after a conversation with Chris as he is very knowledgeable in the industry, it was an extremely difficult thing to go through as a parent but Chris really helped the situation and made me feel a lot more positive about everything throughout. I would highly recommend Chris as he is a very professional but down to earth individual. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to have supported us though this time and we couldn't off asked for a better outcome in such a complex case.

I was recommended these Solicitors by my chosen Estate agents to assist with conveyancing for a property I was selling. Their reviews were promising and I was keen to make the experience go as stress free as possible. There was very little contact in the first 5 months after agreement of sale and I just put this down to work being completed in the background. 6 months down the line I had to finally check on progress as the sale was meant to be simple, was chain free on both parties and I was concerned about the unstable way the property market and mortgages were playing out in the media. I would have really appreciated a regular courtesy email to update on the situation rather than have to chase and rely on my estate agents for feedback (Hunters - who were excellent from start to finish). I resorted to having to send messages weekly to try and draw out information to what should have been an uncomplicated sale. I thank Jane Nightingale for the help she gave and I appreciate a lot of the barriers came from the buyers Solicitors dragging their heels. Overall it was an ok experience and as a professional myself, I had higher expectations for the fees I was paying. I thank Howells for getting me through eventually, despite a weeks delay after agreed completion. Careless error on Buyers Solicitors part to request release of funds caused the delay and in my opinion should have been a fundamental task to do ahead of exchange and completion. I was fortunate not have booked removal vans etc…..
