I received a quote for conveyancing services and instructed them online. However, it has been 15 days since I received a message stating that someone from the team would reach out to me. Due to the significant delay in the initial response, I have already engaged different solicitors for my house purchase. Edit: Dr. Aamr, the managing director of the company, emailed me to apologize for the unfortunate mistake and made every effort to rectify it. I was amazed by the prompt reply and the measures they are willing to take to correct the error. Unfortunately, I have already engaged another solicitor for my house purchase, but I would be willing to consider them in the future.
