I received a quote for conveyancing services and instructed them online. however, it has been 15 days since i received a message stating that someone from the team would reach out to me. due to the significant delay in the initial response, i have already engaged different solicitors for my house purchase. edit: dr. aamr, the managing director of the company, emailed me to apologize for the unfortunate mistake and made every effort to rectify it. i was amazed by the prompt reply and the measures they are willing to take to correct the error. unfortunately, i have already engaged another solicitor for my house purchase, but i would be willing to consider them in the future.
