I had a down coat to wash and dry, which took absolutely ages (the fault of the coat, not the washers or driers!). The manager, Helen, was really helpful and kind. I would recommend them to anyone.

Helpful staff and reasonable prices. Great results for our laundry. The machines are coin operated. However you can pay on card in exchange for cash at the counter.

Went in for self-service laundry. Had a good experience - friendly and helpful staff, big sturdy wash & dry machines, and a nice waiting area! Exactly everything we needed. As of our visit, some info re payment method: Washers can be paid through card with their tokens, but for dryers you will need coins. There’s a nearby Tesco Express if you need change 👍🏻

Other laundromats were quoting me between £45-£50 to wash a down jacket. I think that’s a bit too steep for an ordinary jacket. I would have understood if it was a designer jacket. Elements did a great job on my North Face Arctic Parka for only £18. I will definitely be bringing my down items here in the future for as long as I live in Sheffield.
