I regularly visit my local laundrette and have done for many years .. always just to dry my washing and yes now you have to book a slot which is actually better than waiting. i have always found the staff to be really friendly , helpful and courteous to me and others that i have observed whether new customers or regulars . keep supplying their sweets!!! jonathan along with the excellent service you and your staff provide .
We have always used this launderette, but having not been for a few years, we came to find you now have to book. i’ve never known a launderette where you have to book. whilst we were there, others came in that didn’t realised you needed to book. also, you only get 45 mins parking, that’s not enough time to do washing. the staff are nice and helpful though.
Wow. i cannot rate this place well enough. on their busiest day of the week, which i realised as i got there, i brought in 2 loads of emergency washing after moving home and having no washing machine. the women there told me not to worry and they still fit me in, clothes beautifully washed and dried within a couple of hours. i love sparks and the staff forever, cannot thank enough!
