Belvoir! Sales and Lettings Agency Sheffield

Update on my previous post, I formally moved into my new flat today and I couldn’t be any happier about the entire renting experience. It’s been a rough 2 months; I tried several times trying to book viewings with other letting agencies and almost always the places were already rented/security deposit given. Belvoir offered me the opportunity to view multiple places but I fell in love with this flat and decided not to even bother with viewing other places. Jessica Adlington went above and beyond for me; aside from showing me this property the same day I inquired about it, she assisted me throughout the paperwork process and made that tolerable! I have to say a special thanks to Paul griffin; one of the managers. He’s been so helpful with assisting me in setting up everything in my flat. He’s definitely my first point of contact moving forward. I got a really nice gift bag today welcoming me to the community. I chose to write this detailed review because of how great the service has been until now and they definitely deserve recognition for all their help and diligence throughout this stressful process of me moving to a different city!

Belvoir were great. I needed to rent a place as I was moving from Scotland to Sheffield for a job and they helped me out immensely. The people I dealt with were Jessica (who helped find me a good place) and Paul (who helped me go through the checks, requirements etc). Both were really helpful and understanding, especially considering I'd technically not started work yet so I had no payslips.

Paul (Griffin) is the portfolio manager for our apartment in Sheffield. We are very happy with the service we receive from Paul. Always keeps us informed and goes the extra mile to ensure we and our tenants are happy. Any issues (there haven't been many) are always dealt with promptly. We so appreciate the fact that our property is in capable hands. Would not hesitate to recommend Paul and Belvoir. Worth every penny for a stress free tenancy agreement.

The service from Nicola and colleagues was great. The team was really friendly and approachable, very professional with more legal/bureaucratic matters and clearly knew the market to advise on rental levels. The phone was answered promptly, I was kept up to date with the stages of the processing and the wide advertising attracted a good range of potential tenants.I considered using a cheaper process on the internet but this was so much easier and less stressful. Definitely worth the money.
