I decided to speak to Haybrook Estate agents and was introduced to Sharon Owen. As a business they have given a local contact and have local offices. Together we drew up a plan of my expectations and Sharon advised on how I could improve my rental yield with some simple renovations. After 6 months of working with Sharon I cannot recommend her and the people she works with enough. Her enthusiasm, communication and passion for her job is outstanding. She has been there via phone, txt or email at all hours of the day and night. Her team are available at weekends and actually resolve problems and implement strategies to take care of any problem a tenant has. So to sum up, if you think the rental market is at the end of the road and you want to sell and get out, don’t do anything until you talk to Sharon and her team. They will help and they will turn things around for you, just as they have done for me.
