My partner and I had a good experience buying through Spencer’s. We had a very tight turnaround from the offer being accepted to moving in (roughly 2 months) and Spencer’s worked quickly with our solicitors to make this happen so thank you! Only negative was an email from Spencer’s with a slightly pushy tone, although this was quickly resolved and the rest of the communication was pleasant and constructive.

I recently bought a property through the agency Spencer on Ecclesall Road. Meg Hudson was the sales negotiator that dealt with the process from start to finish. I was very impressed with Meg throughout, she was professional, responsive and personable. Whilst first and foremost she was working for the seller, I also felt that she was approachable and did her utmost to answer any queries and questions that I had going through the acquisition process. As a side note, I look at a lot of properties online and I believe that Spencer take the nicest photos and it is arguably that which made me book a viewing in the first place; it is also for that same reason that I will be using them to advertise the property for rental. All round, an A* service! :)

My boyfriend and I have just bought through Spencer's and I think from the point of having our offer agreed to exchange/completion it was about 6 weeks. Meg Hudson was looking after our purchase and she was great throughout the process, she was really helpful and was in touch very frequently. Thanks again Meg/Spencer's!

Had a good experience renting from Spencers over the last year and a half. Lynn was responsive to any issues that arose with the property - and the place was bright, modern, secure and had good neighbours in a nice locality.

We are very happy with the service we have had from Spencers selling our house. They worked with us: they listened to what we said and advertised our house the way we wanted. Our negotiator Meg was brilliant - kept us well informed, gave us good advice and was there to support us all the way through. Definitely recommend.
