Kind, caring and very professional. I can't imagine that this is the easiest job to do. Ian is very friendly and caring. He took his time to talk through the process, was patient and understanding when we became emotional, and even managed to get a smile from us and a few laughs along the way. Kay who was initial contact was again very understanding and patient and kept in touch throughout. A lovely service was given by celebrant Clive Pashley, it almost felt as though he had know my dad. I would definitely recommend for their service and help during what is one of the most difficult of times.
