I recently lost my partner of 18 years. I initially spoke to Rebecca only a couple of days after of my partner's passing. Rebecca was wonderful and very helpful. I was unaware of the process that occurs prior to a funeral. This initially involved dealing with the hospital to providing me with advice on attending the registry office and what was required. Rebecca and Warrick provided guidance and support throughout every stage of preparation and everything was done wonderfully. The service I received from Rebecca and Warrick was very personal and I was also given a lot of support too. Nothing was too much trouble. The funeral service to celebrate my partner's life was lovely and very fitting, thanks to Rebecca and Warrick. Thank you so much for all your help and support. You made the worst time of my life, much more bearable.

Rebecca and Warwick…and all the team, Did my mum the ultimate honour in looking after her in her time of need. Knowing..what I know now..I am glad she chose them..I would not of chosen anybody else..they looked after her like I would of done myself…for which I always be grateful for. On the day..they went beyond and above. Before the day..they guided me.answered all my questions and put my mind at rest. Warwick..on the day was outstanding in difficult circumstances..but dealt with it all brilliantly I doubt I would of found a more compassionnate and caring team to look after my treasured mum Thank you. I can’t recommend this company enough to anyone. Absolute true angels. Me, my sister and brothers lost our mum recently, not knowing where to begin. We decided to use W.J. We used Hoylands when my mother passed away in March. They were compassionate, respectful, kind and friendly. Any questions we had were delt with immediately. Although with was a difficult time for all my family, it would have been impossible to get better service.

We used Hoylands when we lost my nan in January and again in June when we sadly lost my grandad, I couldn’t recommend these people enough, they went above and beyond on both occasions and made a very difficult time as stress free as possible.
