We came in for emilia which wasn’t on display the sales assistant jez was really friendly and helpful showing us similar sofas we came away buying legend. great service would highly recommend

An overall great experience shopping in furniture village yesterday. my partner and i went looking for a dining table and were a little undecided until jez gave us his assistance. jez offered his help and gave great advice, he is professional, knowledgeable and generally really good at his job. the store itself had plenty of items to choose from. it is clean and presented nicely, everything in there seems to be of great quality. we purchased our dining table which was a quick and easy process with jez, he explained caring for our table, delivery and ran through the summary of our purchase in a clear and simple way. we are happy to have purchased the perfect table to fit the dining space in our new home. we got the table for an excellent price and left feeling relieved. we cant wait to recieve our table next week. thank you jez!
Had an excellent experience at furniture village sheffield today. no pressure sales technique, informative explanations of questions asked was very much appreciated. dealt with omar, who was extremely helpful and gave very good advice also spoke with his manager craig who was helpful too. looking forward to the delivery of our chosen suite.
Really lovely experience. my sales man was great, not too pushy but was completely attentive. he made me feel relaxed & comfortable & gave me the time to make my mind up on what i wanted. he was very patient & gave me all the appropriate options & sound advice to help me make the right choice for my room. i’m extremely pleased with my purchase & all the service provided. it fits into my room beautifully, i couldn’t have wished for better. thank you.
