Paul's Garage Door Repairs

Phoned Paul at 8am on Saturday and he came 2 hours later. He knew what the problem was immediately and it was fixed within half an hour. Really knowledgable, friendly and professional -would definitely recommend.

So I tried three big companies all with very nice flashy websites..not one answered the phone. I left messages, one eventually called back later to tell me they didn't cover my area..why advertise it then!! Then I came across Paul's site. One man and a van I thought mmm ok lets give him a try. Not only answered the phone but told me the price and he could be there within the hour. One hour later my garage door is repaired and I am one happy customer.I couldn't care less about his customer skills it's customer service that counts and Paul provides this.Definitely recommend. I rang Paul, described my door and that I thought it was a snapped cable. He identified that it was an old Garador Mark 3 and gave me a price to replace both cables over the phone. I agreed that price and he came over, stripped down the door, replaced both cables and carried out some other maintenance work. He was happy for me to watch and learn and gave me lots of tips. A fantastic job at a decent price and superb service from Paul.
