Premier Inn Sheffield City Centre (Angel Street) hotel

We usually stay in a Premier Inn when we travel in England, and this stay was a very pleasant experience. That the room was clean and comfortable goes without saying, but what really made our stay was the friendliness of the staff. The lady at reception gave us a very warm welcome, and nothing was too much trouble for Diane at breakfast. A good place to stay in a lovely city.

Perfect for a no frills stay. I needed a room to attend a conference and this was perfect. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and breakfast sufficient. A short walk to pubs and restaurants and a supermarket for essentials was just across the way. Easy 7 mim walk from train station.

Nice hotel, clean rooms as you would expect but don't forget to ask if you need your room cleaned if you are staying more than one night. Nice breakfast too and the lady that helped us was very polite.

Amazing experience. The staff at reception and at the restaurant were all very polite. In the evening, the staff at the restaurant had a bubbly and friendly rapport which helped me feel at ease in a new city. The staff serving breakfast were efficient and very polite. During my time at the hotel restaurant, I observed their interactions with other customers too and all 4 of them were exceptional.

My last visit was the first time I had any real wait to check in and that was simply due to arriving shortly after a group of 5 builders who were getting a room each. Rooms are always great and tidy. Your never waiting too long on a lift. Breakfast is always good though I am less impressed with their sausages. Sometimes the fried eggs are made to order which is less convenient. Staff are always nice. Location is great, right in the city and very handy for shops, bars, cinema
