I first approached Owen following repeated recommendations from a concerned friend. He fitted me into his schedule very quickly. I was very sceptical, terrified of the demons that might be released, but Owen was very friendly, approachable, open, and supportively professional from the start. There was no destructive digging into my past and thoughts, and the demons were nowhere to be seen. Even after my first session with Owen, my stress levels were noticeably reduced and my positivity levels much improved. Since then I have had a further three sessions, all of which have seen significant improvements. I don't even begin to understand how hypnotherapy works, but I don't need to know that. I'm just delighted that it is effective. I find that I am actively looking forward to my remaining sessions, and the restoration of my mental health. I have just finished a course of 5 hypnotherapy sessions with Owen. I started a few weeks ago when I was recovering from illness which had caused great anxiety, stress and sleeplessness. I saw Owen and after a couple of sessions my anxiety began to subside. After 5 sessions I feel 90% back to normal. My anxiety knot has disappeared, I am sleeping really well and am feeling healthy and normal again. Owen records the sessions and sends you the recording which I found extremely helpful. I listened every day and it made a huge difference, especially when I felt very anxious. I have learnt skills to deal with my anxiety. Owen is a very personable person who listens. I would definitely recommend him to anyone suffering from stress or anxiety.
