I spoke with Nicki who helped my family with buying a watch. I was very impressed with her knowledge and every single question was answered. I found her very personable and a pleasure to do business with. I would hopefully like to deal with her again in the future.

I would like to say a big thank you to all the guys at H L Brown. They were brilliant from start to finish. It's good to deal with a family business that can give you that personal touch when making such a big investment. Nikki was brilliant and explained everything thoroughly. She said she would do her best to obtain me my timepiece before my upcoming big number birthday. I got the call after a 7 month wait well in time for my birthday. Thank you Nikki. Nikki was on vacation when the time came to collect my watch but was very well taken care of by Sophia. Me and my other half was a little concerned about leaving the shop with a jewellers bag clearly displaying the new Rolex inside. H L Brown even have thought of this and Sophia quickly supplied us with a discreet bag to put the Rolex in and disguised the goods inside. Overall an excellent experience. Thank you.

Initially visited the Sheffield store in April 2022 and registered my interest in a particular model . I received a phone call in August 2023 for a viewing ! Outstanding service from Nicola , who sourced the model and was very knowledgeable and attentive to both myself and my wife during our collection last Monday . Cannot praise Nicola and the store highly enough! I will definitely be back next year to add to my collection! Thank you so much . 👏

Wonderful service provided by Lynne and Nicola in the Rolex team, who somehow managed to secure an Explorer II in time for my 40th birthday. The whole process - from registration to handover - was very open, friendly and professional, with none of the pretentiousness one might expect from a luxury watch dealer. It was also nice to deal with a local, independent shop, who clearly value their local clientele and in turn go the extra mile for them.
