Outstanding, Just collected a fantastic restoration job done on my wife's late Grandma's watch, Simon And Cheryl at James Hadley Fine Diamonds have really excelled themselves on this. My wife will now wear it as often as she can in remembance of her grandma. A fantastic piece that could so easily have been stowed away and never to see the light of day again, but a concerted effort of time and money has turned it around to a beautiful timepiece again worthy of wearing and showing off anywhere.

The staff are all really friendly and try to the help the best they can; it never feels like they're trying to persuade into buying an item. Their products are also great quality and at amazing prices.

Visited 10 minutes before closing today and I have to say this is why I love Sheffield and am proud to be from this city! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Even though they were not far off closing, they didn’t rush me or make me feel like I was being a nuisance . Instead they made me feel very welcome and pointed me in the right direction, without hard selling. Can not fault product or staff. I am very happy with my purchase and would happily visit/buy from here again.
