Between the quote and the work done it all happened within less than a week.

Quiet farm spec 🤗toilet is old outhouse type two mins off pitch in horse yard, lovely small pitch field has 5 pitches in a section of farmers field, owners are a lovely elderly couple , lovely pub, 15 minutes pleasant walk away, but peaceful site with some hedges privacy with easy access onto the greenway for walking or cycling. Local shop five mins in car, supermarket twenty mins, Chester Greyhound Retail Park 20 mins in car. Chester water front 20 mins away in car.
