I needed a little graphite powder for freeing up two sliding plastic pieces in an old children's toy. They had a medium-sized bottle in store, and it was about £8.00 + VAT, so I casually asked if they sold it in lesser quantities explaining what I needed it for. The young lad smiled, went in the back, then came out a couple of seconds later with a small, clear plastic container with easily enough for my job. When I asked him the price, he grinned and waved me away, saying it was left over from a recent job and would only be binned, anyway. HOW THOROUGHLY DECENT IS THIS?! Harrold's have just earned themselves a customer for life and a keen (...and vocal, lol...) advocate for their business. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My Seat key snapped on a weekend and I didn't have a spare key. H Harold and Sons were so helpful when I called them on Monday. I rang them and they asked me to WhatsApp them a picture of the key. They instantly got back to me with a quote and said they could repair it. I dropped the key off that same day. Later that day they rang to say it was ready but asked if the remote lock was working earlier (which it was). They said they couldn't pick up a signal and because it was working before they will order me a new remote without any additional charge. But to synchronise it they will need the car bringing to the shop. I collected the key and then brought the car in the next day and a short while later, they gave me a brand new key which works perfectly. The best customer service I could have asked for. Will definitely recommend them to anybody who needs any key related issue sorting.

Having almost getting ripped off by the AA for having my car stranded at the Wicker because I broke my one and only car key, I literally rang Harrold & Sons first, they asked me for some photos for the key via WhatsApp, told me to come in on the same day and I got it cut in 10 minutes for £25. Absolutely recommend, they were awesome and got me out of a tricky situation straight away. My stress levels went from 100-0 as soon as they made me a new car key.

Needed a Ford key and key fob. Ford wanted just over £265. H Harrold amazingly £45 all in for exactly the same. You guys are the best in South Yorkshire. Thank you for your service. 100% recommended. Do not go anywhere else.

The customer service here is excellent, I phoned to make an enquiry about getting some spare Ultion keys cut, I was given all the relevant information I needed about having these keys cut and the pricing is unbeatable, at less than half the cost compared to having them cut by Ultion themselves. I therefore drove into Sheffield and found the company, the customer car park is located just up the side road on the right. There was a fair queue inside but within 2 minutes extra staff appeared and the queue was sorted. I went away very happy and with 2 working keys. There was plenty to browse while waiting lots of items to help with any type of security related issues as well as parts for CCTV systems.
