Excellent service! had to change locks for new home, so called around midday and tom came later the same day. he also gave great advice on lock types and choice. we will definitely use again and would highly recommend!
Tom came out the same day we called him, was very professional and helpful. he sorted the issue by taking out, cleaning & reassembling the locking mechanism, rather than looking at a more expensive route, which seems to have sorted the issue. very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend him.
