I didn't have much experience with Google Analytics, and, in a new role, I was tasked with the turnover to GA4, needless to say this was a daunting task without much experience of the platform. The GA4 video guide was a great, step-by-step, guide with all the relevant information needed. The change to GA4 was painless thanks to the help of the video and being a novice to the format I also got a lot of useful knowledge of how it works.

Since Georgia at SEO Works took over our PPC account about a year ago and we've had nothing but a great experience. She has a very proactive approach, always honest, and has really taken the time to understand our product, service and customers. James has also been brilliant and prompt when it comes to any website amends we require, as we know the platform we're on at the moment can be very tedious!
