Therapy Room Sheffield

Had a therapeutic massage with Caroline following whip lash resulting in really tight and painful neck and shoulder. After one session I am pain free and so impressed.

I have been going to the Therapy Rooms for a while now and every single time it has been incredible. I have always had a sore lower back and Kasia has helped me immeasurably! She is so understanding, listens to all my aches and pains and manages to solve so many of them! I love my visits to see Kasia and recommend her and the Therapy Rooms completely! Thanks so much!

Today was my first appointment with Kasia and surely not the last! I've had something called a deep Oscillation, which was quite helpful with my pain. I can easily say, you'll find an exceptional full professionalism and very warm welcome in THERAPY ROOM. I've had a long lasting injury, which doesn't let me cope with work/home etc. I didn't receive any help from NHS.. very sad, just the stronger and stronger painkillers... and a place on the waiting list for physio(but doesn't look like I'm going to get one, for about more than another 3 months🤔😅). Anyway I've received more answers and help on only one appointment, than for nearly 4 months from the NHS. Thank you Kasia and see you on my next appointment Xxx

I live in Southampton and was staying at Kenwood Hall & Spa - originally I was planning on booking in with the Hotel but they were fully booked which made me look into local options and in doing so I got pointed to Therapy Room Sheffiled (less than a 10min walk from the Hotel). I was not disappointed. In fact, I'd actually go so far in saying they exceeded my expectations, have a lovely premises, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable (both in person and via email). You walk in and it smells divine, there were some beautiful flowers in the hallway, and the massage rooms are spacious and welcoming. I had a much needed deep tissue massage by Caroline - who is a very lovely lady and listened to where I was having issues (lower back, neck and shoulders) and talked me through some stretches I could do to help and then got stuck in with the massage. I knew I needed a massage, but I don't think I quite realised *how* badly I needed one - an hour session just didn't feel like enough! I wish I lived locally because I would 100% become a regular here if I did. If I ever come to visit Sheffield again, I will definitely be booking in here again for another session. Also: a handy tip - if you book online and pay online, it gives you the option to add a tip. I didn't do this as I had never used them before but I wish I had because on the day I asked if I could leave a tip by card (I don't tend to carry cash on me these days) and I wasn't able to.

I had a massage with Eddie and I left feeling amazing! He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed from the start and I came in with a really stiff upper back and neck which he completely sorted out! Would definitely recommend
