We attended the Sheffield Store, not quite sure what we wanted, however, Bev was absolutely fantastic in guiding us to our ideal mattress through the use of the automated system in store. This allowed us to narrow down our search and we made a purchase the following day! Great service and great mattress

My experience at Dreams was great, all of the staff that we encountered were incredibly helpful. Karen in particular was amazing and so friendly. She helped us pick out a bed and a mattress, talked us through all of our options, did our sleep match and gave us all of the info we needed. Would definitely recommend!
