Lovely friendly staff. even though masks had to be worn they made me feel very welcome and comfortable while having my eye test and hearing test. would definitely recommend them.

I had a flying visit to sheffield when my hearing aid broke. went to the shop on the off chance that it could be repaired. staff were friendly and quickly repaired it. highly recommended.

Just popped in to get my nose bridges replaced. friendly staff and immediate service… didn’t expect it was free :) the staff tightened the frame for me as well. 100% worth visiting :)
