Started panicking cos i'd seen a couple of rats very near the house and garage. john visited before the council pest control said they were able to (even though he'd had to cancel a couple of times because of heavy snow) his rate is cheaper than theirs and when he came we discussed the various options and i was very impressed by his knowledge, experience and down to earth advice. top marks!

I found johns number on google read the reviews and decided to phone about a wasp nest on my roof, john came and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently, his friendly approach put me at ease, great price as well would definitely recommend to anyone

I have a son and a neighbour who are allergic to wasp stings, so i had no choice but to remove a nest that was being built in close proximity to the house. john was communicative and friendly, arrived when he said he would, and did the job without a fuss. good price, too. would recommend without hesitation.
