As a therapist myself, we're harder to please, as we know what's going on, and I can happily say it was a wonderful experience! I took my son for a sports massage with cupping and I had the massage with acupuncture. Both therapists we're superb and we both floated away afterwards. I highly recommend this place and am now sending my husband, mother and other son :)

I've had a shoulder injury from tennis for around 3 years and have barely played in the last year or two. On Thursday, I played for an hour and was in significant pain that night. I made an appointment for Friday and felt like a new person. I cannot believe I had been in so much pain the day before and was worried I'd have to give up tennis permanently. I had a great sports massage here at physiotherapy Sheffield. I suffer from fibromyalgia and joint hypermobility. I had a consultation with Miss Vaishnavi who clearly loves helping people and relieving their pain. She genuinely cared about me and wanted to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. My session started with a 5-10 minute consultation with her about my areas I wanted to focus on and what the best course of action to take would be. She then proceeded with the massage, ensuring that the pressure was comfortable for me and we had a lovely conversation. She also did a cupping massage to target blood flow to my muscles. I left the place feeling relaxed and calm, with much less pain in my body than before. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Miss Vaishnavi!
