I'm really pleased with how my IDD treatment is going. I'm on my tenth session and it's already made a huge improvement in my mobility and chronic pain symptoms. I'm more or less pain free now which feels absolutely wonderful after suffering for almost a year with intense pain. It's been life-changing for me, and I'm so pleased I went ahead with the treatment under the excellent expertise of Lewis. I would highly recommend to anyone with a disc bulge, that's considering IDD treatment, to go ahead and try it! Especially with Lewis, whose been absolutely fantastic from day one. Honestly this place is amazing. Having been in so much pain with my back and having to take time off work I needed help. I contacted Sheffield Physiotherapists by email and John got back to me almost immediately. He was so empathic, supportive and caring to my back issues and fitted me in to see him very quickly. I was so happy after my first visit and confident John would get me sorted. I wasn't disappointed. I now feel alot better and I am back at work and able to walk around without being in alot of pain. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is suffering and feels they can't see an end to their pain. They really are brillliant. Thanks John

I can't recommend Sheffield physiotherapy highly enough! I've seen Lewis a few times for help with long-term lower back problems and arthritis pain In my hip. He always listens carefully as I explain the issues I'm having, and the treatments and exercises he recommends always help. I just wish I had health insurance – I'd have appointments much more often! Highly recommended!

From when i started with Lewis he was very knowledgeable on what road i should take to recovery... I developed a bulging disk for the second time 5 years after a micro discectomy op. The pain was severe at times and i considered a second surgery. Lewis reassured me it would pass if i stuck to the treatment. Now i am completely pain free thanks to Lewis's advice and the IDD therapy.

Having attended many many chiropractors trying to resolve disc related pain, without any resolve. I finally sought out alternative help - I had never been to a physio before but very glad I did. Lewis has been dedicated to helping me resolve my disc related pain and IDD has helped me to recover fully following a large disc herniation. I could not recommend Lewis or IDD enough. Knowledgable, kind and skilled - highly recommend Lewis.
