I damaged the ligaments in my foot and ankle about 5 months ago and knew I needed help getting it back to full strength. Ric assessed me and knew immediately what was wrong with my foot, he gave me a strengthening program to follow that added in additional exercises when I was getting stronger. Ric regularly checked in with me to see how I was getting on and offered little tweeks to some exercises to get the most of of them. Genuinely don't think I'd have been able to return to training and have my capabilities back without Ric and the team at White House.

After sustaining a training injury I was desperately in need of help. Ric was excellent and put me at ease quickly. I would recommend anyone to him and his services, would definitely return to him in future too!

Following a bad fall whilst running earlier in the year I turned to the White House Clinic for physio and advice. I was delighted with the level of care and attention I received which included a tailored exercise regime for my particular injuries as well as general advice on running posture, etc. My recovery was undoubtedly quicker as a result of the expert advice I received. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend White House Clinic to others. Overall a 5* experience.

I managed to get super quick access to Chris after picking up a hip injury running. It's been awesome working with him, he quickly figured out the problem and worked with me on strengthening exercises to speed my recovery. He listened to me and my goals (I had a 10k booked in) and did exactly what it took to get me there, setting my expectations all the way. Since recovering he's supported me back to full strength including improving my running style and ongoing strength work to help me to get stronger and hopefully avoid further injury. He's been fully accessible on email as well when I had any questions between visits, and provided updates through the app so I can see exactly how to do my exercises. I did the 10k and it was the best I could have hoped for, I also have a plan for maintaining long term running, hopefully much stronger and wiser than I was before!
