I messaged late Sunday night and Gavin was with us just after 8 on Monday morning (with 30m notice). From the minute I opened the door, Gavin was friendly, polite and professional. We had a leaking tap and he explained all the why/what/hows of a poorly fitted tap from previous owners. He went to get a new tap and was back within 40mins to finish the job. We had another small issue with the washing machine that he kindly looked at and sorted out for us. Guarantee for work and paper receipt was provided and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Will recommend and definitely use again. 5 ⭐️

Gav and his Team thankfully stepped in and completed and quickly repaired everything back to a very high and safe standard for me, in addition he even liased and organised with YWA on my behalf after he discovered a leaking water mains connection into my home, which YWA came out and repaired Free of Charge.. Not that responsive and communication is slow and appears to be an issue. Quality of work is good and can’t complain about the waste fitted in the bath it was fitted very well. Trying to get a kitchen tap fitted but proving difficult to get hold of Gavin.

Gav has fitted a tap for my mum and repaired a leak. Both times he has been responsive, professional, reasonable priced and friendly. I called him rather late with an emergency leak having to switch my mains off with a 7 month old bottles to do, very stressful. Gav has offered a few different options and prices to how urgent we want him to come. Made a very stressful situation for myself feel so much better. Really appreciate the effort to help.
