Very good pre-sales advice via the telephone from armsec. i purchased my first hikvision mini bullet camera and will certainly purchase more from armsec. buying off ebay and amazon is a minefield full of grey imported products. i wanted to know i was buying a genuine eu / uk version of hikvision camera.
