I've been with a lot of agencies during my time as a student and most of them are absolutely terrible but I have no complaints with BPS. The small amount of issues we've had with our house they've quickly came out and fixed. They kept us up to date about our house renovations before we moved in and even sent us pictures; we didn't even have to ask!

I've been with BPS for the 2021-22 academic year, and I believe they are a great company for student housing. The process involved with signing the tenancy was straightforward from start to finish, and any questions or issues we had with this, the staff were always happy to help. Any problems we have had since living in the house have always been dealt with promptly. I know that's there is always someone there to speak to should I need it, and any communications are answered quickly. A great company run by friendly and approachable staff. I would highly recommend BPS to anyone looking for student housing in Sheffield.

I’m a student and have been with bps for 2 years going in 3. I’ve always heard that renting is an awful experience but my experience with bps has been far from it. Any issue I’ve had has been resolved in most cases the same day. They’re extremely helpful, patient and polite and are willing to be of assistance in person if needed.

They were my landlords for this year, and all round they sorted problems out that we encountered quite quickly. They were also very helpful sorting out issues related to incorrect amounts of rent paid, refunding any over payments quickly.

BPS were super helpful throughout the whole process of getting accommodation for our final year in Sheffield. From the initial viewing via FaceTime, to picking up the keys, contact during the tenancy & key drop off at the end of our tenancy, the staff were always attentive and friendly with whatever we needed. Recommend for Sheffield students looking to stay close to the university in the Broomhall, Broomhill areas!
