Spent 2 years with MBA and cannot fault it. They were really helpful with giving us all the information to move in, move out, any inspections that were required, ensuring we had all furnishings for our house and were overall approachable and friendly. Our landlord was a generous and kind man, ensuring any broken furniture or appliances were replaced immediately and made our last 2 years at uni smooth and easy. Bills were easily sourced from their partner, UniHomes and were worry free. MBA were easy to contact and replies were almost instant and the house was clean and well taken care of. Cannot recommend MBA enough.

Hands down the best lettings in the Sheffield. Extremely fast to respond and fix any problem we had. Also our landlady ensured the house was very well kept and maintained to the highest quality. Mick from MBA has been always very helpful in any situation. They also help you as much possible in case your circumstances change within the contract period and give their best to suit our needs. MBA rock! I've had a great year living in one of their houses. They're quick to respond and fix things or help where it's needed. Shout out to Mick, who has been super responsive and warm and organised in looking after our house: from new doors to leaking showers. They've been flexible when I needed a couple extra days to move too. I'm very grateful for them all and I can highly recommend them!
