Vigil Security Systems

Many thanks to James for fitting my house alarm whilst taking the time to explain everything. The alarm system is remarkably easy to use. I’d be more than happy to call Vigil again; nothing is too much trouble for these guys: a first-class service.

Had a house alarm system fitted by James who was very professional and knowledgable. Spoke to another member of the team who was very helpful, overall great customer service. Had the system for a while now which is easy to use and not had any issues. A first class service and would highly recommend.

Had Steve out to have a look at my house to fit a new alarm. He was very helpful, didn't try to over sell me products I didn't want or need and got a quote to me later that day. I then had James out later that week which was really impressive timing! James was very professional, personable and explained all the processes well. On the day I decided to also fit a security camera and lights. This wasn't an issue and Steve went and picked up and delivered the camera and an SD card. Everything went smoothly and didn't leave mess. Thanks guys!

Fantastic service, the alarm was fitted within 1 week of the quote and James did a fantastic job explaining how it all worked. The alarm system is very easy to arm & disarm on the control box or via an app. 5* all round - thanks!!

Had the alarm fitted, on time by two of the team a couple of weeks ago. Phoned to report a fault on a sensor at 8.20am, they weren’t open. Thought I’d ring again later, as soon as they were open, they rang me ( unprompted), said they’d noted my call, gone into the remote monitoring, found the fault, and would send someone to fix an auxiliary component at 1pm. Steve and his team have been a pleasure to deal with, Many thanks.
