Today i took my grandson to buy some shoes at wynsors, infimary road sheffield. we were greeted on entry by a shop assistant named annalee. when we finally needed assistance, i asked for annalee's help. she was extremely helpful, very patient and very friendly/lovely. i can't remember the last time i was assisted by someone worth praising. i hope you get to see this annalee because you were very much appreciated. thank you. alf oliver.
