Booking process was very straightforward and communication excellent. Service at Reception was first class (thank you Louise) and everything was clearly explained. The store was neat and tidy on what was a very hot and busy weekend for student moves.

Great service. Rented a storage unit for a week and prices were fair with good offers. Was served by Louise, and all queries were answered with great depth. Recommend for students needing a short-term rental to help with relocation.

Was greeted with a cup of coffee when I arrived by Max and his colleague (didn't get her name but she was really welcoming). Max was helpful and guided me through the process, answering my questions. He was really friendly and chatted to me throughout the process.

Can't praise Trina and her colleague (cant remember her name but had her tooth out this morning) at Queens Rd Sheffield. Trina was a lovely helpful assistant who's people skills are A*. She answered all my queries, also offered me a cuppa whilst I waited. Seems a fair price for what you get. Her young colleague was equally as friendly too. I'm really happy with the service and overall experience

Highly recommend this service! We were helped by Max today who was extremely helpful, patient and informative. He made a stressful situation much easier and I was really grateful for his calm and friendly manner. Everything was clearly explained and I felt confident that my things will be safe and secure.The whole system worked really well and we stored our things easily with minimal stress.
