Always a warm & welcoming environment. i had 3 piercings done by rhi recently & despite my nerves going in, she made me feel so comfortable and i had more or less forgotten about all of my worries by the time the piercing came around. professional yet also like chatting with a friend. sterile environment and hygienic practice was clear. 1000% recommend🥰

Really smooth and welcoming when in contact and discussing your requests, rang up in the morning in hope to get a same day appointment a few times, everything was all a quick and easy process and the designs have always been perfect to exactly what i wanted, the team are really lovely. got my first tattoo here and don’t feel the need to ever look elsewhere, beyond chuffed with every tattoo i’ve had would definitely recommend in a heart beat!

I just had my second piercing by rhi and i can’t recommend her enough. we realised that the piercing i came in for wasn’t going to work with my anatomy after she had already prepared everything, and instead of forcing me to get an alternative (which has happened to me before with other piercers), she said i didn’t have to get anything if i didn’t want to. i asked her for some recommendations and ended up getting another piercing but i just wanted to say thank you for making the experience so lovely.

Had my bridge pierced by rhi on monday, this was by far the most comfortable and professional piercing experience i’ve ever had. the piercing is healing better than any of my other piercings have. amazing!! will definitely be back for more
